Sweet Meat Japanese BBQ was developed by a top PGA Golfer’s management. This restaurant has only 4 top Hibachi tables with on board hoodless cooking vapor extraction and on board Ansul Fire Protection. Several schemes were developed and the Client decided to face the Kitchen to blanked off windows. This project required addition of 3 HVAC Units and this required redesign of the Roof Framing. Mr. Jensen coordinated this and was able to make the changes happen pre construction. Mr. Jensen excels in Construction Management which is a valuable benefit for Clients. Mr. Jensen has completed numerous restaurants and understands the restaurant business well.
