414 Michigan House, Winter Park FL   Renovation-Addition

Mr. Jensen has executed many residential projects for Developers.  This house in Winter Park Florida was heavily deteriorated. Mr. Jensen created a central entry linking the Converted Garage Prime Suite and the original House.  This scheme resulted in a significant value increase with modest construction due to expert planning.  "I like to use Rhythm, Proportion and Scale to create interesting building volumes.  In this case the 2 shapes existed and crafting a volume of space and hierarchical function resulted in a pleasant composition that looks like it was always that way.  The Developer cleaned up on this build and that makes me feel good, even if he did replace my entry porch with an less expensive Awning."
